Hello and welcome to room 14! The start of a new year can be an exciting, but overwhelming time. Before the school year starts rolling, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I graduated from California State University, Monterey Bay with a Bachelor in Liberal Studies and a Minor in Mathematics. I then moved back home to Sonoma County and worked with a behavioral special education school for several years before I went back to school to obtain my multiple subject credential, and then later worked to receive my single subject credential in science. I have worked with children both in and out of the classroom for over 15 years and am very excited to begin my seventh year teaching in Gravenstein Union School District.
On a more personal level, I am a proud mother of a wonderful baby boy named Benjamin. In my spare time I love to read, go to children's museums, hiking, biking, or anything I can do outside.
